Notes
ODTM, which is the mother company of GEN-TES was awarded with the first prize competition award for the complete engineering (structural, mechanical and electrical engineering) design of the facility which has got three main blocks and the connecting buildings. The blocks consist of a conference hall, tax administration offices, government management offices, meeting rooms, dining halls, central kitchen, archives, storages, system rooms, shelters, closed parking areas, mechanical and electrical central areas. Mechanical installations are heating, ventilation, air conditioning, fire ventilation and pressurization, hot-cold domestic water, waste water, storm water, fire extinguishing (cabinet + sprinkler + CO2 + chemical), kitchen, cold
storages, central heating/cooling plants and automatic controls. The mechanical and electrical design services have been carried out by GEN-TES.
