The blocks consist of a conference hall, tax administration offices, government management offices, meeting rooms, dining halls, central kitchen, archives, storages, system rooms, shelters, closed parking areas, mechanical and electrical central areas. Mechanical installations are heating, ventilation, air conditioning, fire ventilation and pressurization, hot-cold domestic water, waste water, storm water, fire extinguishing (cabinet + sprinkler + CO2 + chemical), kitchen, cold<br>storages, central heating\/cooling plants and automatic controls.
