construction area which is under the ground is generally allocated to
hi-tech Metrology Laboratories (Chemistry – Time &Frequency -
Microwave - Electromagnetic Compatibility - Spectroscopy -
Chromotography - Nuclear Magnetic Resonance - Dimensional Lab.- Vacuum -
Pressure - Ionized Radiation - Acoustics &
Resonance etc.) where very sensitive mechanical designs are required. In
addition to Laboratories; there are Meeting Rooms, a Conference Hall for
500 people, Dining Hall & Cafeteria, Guest Rooms, Central Kitchen,
Fitness Center, Exhibition Hall, Admin. and Mechanical Areas. The design
services have been carried out by ODTM (GEN-TES) with a Professional Liability
Insurance of 1.000.000 USD, which was realized by a national insurance
company for the first time in Turkey.
