Notes The building has been designed in conformance with Hilton Int. specifications for 5-star hotels.There are 350 bedrooms, Restaurants, Night Club, Closed Swimming Pool, Fitness Center, Multi-Purpose Banquet Hall for 500 people,Business Center, Lobby and mechanical areas.The heat loss and heat gain calculations have been done with computer software for the first time in Turkey.(The software was specially designed for GEN-TES with copyright in the year 1984)
